About Empower Therapy
Theresa Mistry kick-started Empower Therapy in Leicestershire in response to popular demand from friends, family, and her local community, who valued her skill and passion for massage and holistic therapies. As a qualified masseuse, she finds real satisfaction in helping relieve pain, ease tension, and promote relaxation.
Empower Therapy offers a range of tailored massages, facials, and pamper treatments, all designed to leave clients feeling cared for, refreshed, and revitalised.

Our Packages
Consent Forms
Before any treatment, we ask all clients (or their parent/guardian/carer, where appropriate) to complete a short consent form. This ensures your massage is safe, comfortable, and tailored to your individual needs.
Your information is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide the best care for you (or the person in your care).
Deposits, Cancellations & Lateness Policy
- All massage appointments require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
- If you are within 15 minutes late, the session will be shortened based on the length of delay and the duration of the booked treatment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
- If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will not be returned.
